FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a piston drive mechanism, a drive mechanism assembly for a piston drive mechanism, an adjustable screw guide assembly and a method for adjusting the limit value of a piston stroke in a piston drive mechanism. Piston actuator comprises displacement unit and drive mechanism assembly connected with displacement unit. Drive mechanism assembly comprises: cylinder block comprising cylinder with side wall and end wall. Cylinder unit sets the chamber boundaries, the piston unit located within the cylinder block chamber and the helical guide assembly, which is reliably attached to the cylinder block end wall. Screw guide assembly is adjusted to limit piston stroke. Assembly of screw guide comprises: screw guide inserted through hole in cylinder end wall and reliably attached to cylinder. Screw guide comprises threaded hole extending in lengthwise direction through screw guide, stroke limiter with threaded outer surface. Limit travel is screwed into threaded hole of screw guide, and the lock nut is screwed on the threaded outer surface of the stroke limiter and is configured to lock the travel limiter and prevent its movement after the position of said stroke limiter is set.
EFFECT: technical result is wider range of technical means by proposing a solution which combines the function of fixing the stroke limiter and the locking function of movement of said stroke limiter, as well as simplifying the process of adjusting the stroke of the piston unit.
