SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining spatially stable product from polymer foam includes fixing together first and second polymer foams with layered orientation for manufacturing product, which is at least 50 mm thick. At least, first polymer foam contains infrared radiation absorber and is prepared with application of foaming preparation, which contains carbon dioxide.
EFFECT: manufacturing thick heat-insulating foam with carbon dioxide and infrared radiation absorber for maximal increase of its heat-insulating properties without demonstration of spatial instability.
