SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a product, representing a heat-insulating panel, which provides properties of a thermal barrier. The product contains: a. an extruded thermoplastic polymer foam, which has a thermoplastic polymer matrix, determining a multitude of cells, extruded thermoplastic polymer foam determines, at least, one plane; and b. A panel with vacuum insulation, located completely inside of, at least, one plane of the extruded thermoplastic polymer foam. The invention also relates to a method of the product obtaining.
EFFECT: product possesses lower heat conductivity.
