METHOD TO PRODUCE FOAM CONCRETE MIX USING MECHANICALLY ACTIVATED BINDER Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC B28C5/38 

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method to produce a foam concrete mix using a mechanically activated binder, which consists in simultaneous mixing and aeration of the prepared working mortar and foam in the chamber of a rotor pulsation plant at the rotation frequency of the rotor equal to 1500-3000 rpm, providing for pressure of the produced mix for its subsequent transportation to the pouring place. In accordance with the proposed method previously in the rotor pulsation plant there is mechanical activation taking place for the binder, and the working mortar is homogenised with the optimal frequency of rotor rotation equal to 3000-6000 rpm.

EFFECT: reduced consumption of a binder in production of foam concrete of specified density, provision of mix transportation without usage of auxiliary devices to a distance with preservation of its quality indices.
