FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: high-rate magnitoelectrical machine with vertical shaft comprises a stator and a rotor mounted on the vertical shaft. In the machine there are hybrid magnetic bearings made of electromagnets - two radial bearings and one axle bearing; in their magnetic core there inserts made of permanent magnets. At that each insert of permanent magnets is magnetised in direction of the power line of magnet flux generated by the electromagnet winding. Magnet bearings based on permanent magnets are mounted as additional thrust bearings, at that at the rotor side where axial forces have maximum value the magnet bearings based on permanent magnets are mounted so that they are capable of repulsive interaction and at the opposite side if the rotor the magnet bearings based on permanent magnets are mounted so that they are capable of attractive interaction.
EFFECT: increased reliability, energy efficiency, power parameters and rigidity of a hybrid magnetic bearing, minimisation of loads to hybrid magnetic bearings.
