FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: device galvanically separates the switched signals from the control circuit and each other, as well as reduces the number of addresses in the system, by introducing additional decryption. The device contains a register, the first and the second decoders, the first and the second buffer devices and a matrix built of optocouplers, each of which contains a LED and a key.
EFFECT: increasing the functional density and reducing the mass-dimension parameters of the command issuer.
