FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the dual pinion drive system and its control method, and, in particular, the invention relates to proactive damping of oscillations in the variable dual pinion drive system. The electrical machine control system comprises the regulator component accepting two signals, from which the first control signal is formed; the first filter component accepting the first signal, from which the second control signal is formed; the second filter component accepting the third signal; the first output component combining the first and the second control signals for obtaining of the first output control signal for transmitting to the first electrical machine and the second output component accepting the first and the third control signals for obtaining the second output control signal with the purpose of transmitting to the second electrical machine.
EFFECT: minimising of undesirable torsional oscillations along engine shafts.
