FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of effluents and drinking water by their UV disinfection. Proposed system comprises some UV radiators (30) arranged in tubular shells (18). These are arranged, in fact, in symmetry about lengthwise axis (11). Besides, it include cleaner intended for said tubular shells (18). Said cleaner comprises the following elements: at least, one cleaning ring (1) for every said shell (18) arranged there around. Note here that said one cleaning ring (1) has scraper ring (7) thrusting against tubular shell (18). At least one cleaning ring (1) drive means (31, 32) is arranged in lengthwise axis (11). Pressurised fluid is fed from pressure source to scraper ring (7). The latter if fitted in cleaning ring (1) to be displaced therein and radially squeezed towards tubular shell (18) by pressure.
EFFECT: long-term efficient cleaning.
