SUBSTANCE: loose and liquid medium mixer comprises the conic housing with tangential branch pipes for liquid, loose material feeder, film-forming device located under the feeder, and outlet branch pipe, between the conic housing and the outlet branch pipe, located axially with reference to them, the cylindrical and conic chamber of additional mixing with tangential branch pipes for liquid, and on the outlet branch pipe the union for supply of transporting liquid is installed tangentially.

EFFECT: invention ensures intensification of the process of mixing and improvement of transportation without deposition of the pipeline working surface.
