SUBSTANCE: invention relates to network computer systems. The system comprises: a first client computer which comprises: a storage device which stores N genes, each characterised by characterised by a set of conditions and at least one action, wherein N is an integer greater than 1; a communication port through which the first client computer periodically receives data associated with N genes; and a processor which evaluates the efficiency characteristic of each of the N genes by comparing a solution provided by each gene with periodically received data associated with said gene, wherein the efficiency characteristic of each gene is adjusted every time when data are received and defines gene adaptation.
EFFECT: high efficiency of processing data by using training data.
