FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to heat engineering. A hydraulic heat generator including an inlet swirling device connected to a housing of a vortex chamber, a heated liquid outlet branch pipe, which differs by the fact that it is provided on a throttle arrangement side with a paraxial central hole with a branch pipe installed in it and intended to supply additional liquid masses to the paraxial area of the vortex chamber, and the end faces of which are provided with lead screws with a gland seal providing adjustment of operating modes. A liquid heating device containing a hydraulic heat generator, a main-line pump with an electric drive, which is connected to the heat generator housing, supply and return pipelines with shutoff valves, which provide interaction of the heat generator with heat exchangers, which differs by the fact that the supply line is divided into two, one of which is directed to the vortex chamber swirling the flow, and the second one through an ejector to its paraxial area; besides, there are two discharge lines - one leaves a central hole of a diaphragm and is supplied to the pump inlet, the second one passes by a system of external heating apparatus and is sucked with the ejector to the paraxial area of the vortex chamber, thus forming a closed hydraulic circuit.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows accelerating the heating rate of non-compressed medium due to intensification of heat and mass exchange.
