FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: cantilever is connected with the conducting exploring needle, the top of which is passed through the sphere made from glass with through nanometre pores, filled with quantum points of nucleus - shell structure. The sphere is coated with a protective polymeric layer, transparent for the length of external electromagnetic radiation source and wavelength generated by quantum points of nucleus - shell structure.

EFFECT: possibility of simultaneous combination of electromagnetic effect with measurement of characteristics of electrical signal to this stimulating effect in one common point of the surface of the diagnosed object without impacting the neighbouring sections, that allows to perform optoelectric studies of nanosize structures of material and biological objects.
