FIELD: fire safety.

SUBSTANCE: proposed mobile device for water intake from water reservoir surface to extinguish fires relates to fire extinguishing means with water supply to the fire source from the nearby water reservoirs. The mobile device for water intake from water reservoir surface to extinguish fires is characterised in that it is made in the form of a floating rectangular in plan pontoon with two additional triangulars attachable to the main in plan with pontoons, on which the engine-driven pump is mounted for supplying water to the fire area, the mobile device comprises stretchers - steel cable designed for fixing the pontoon on the beach, at that the device comprises two pipe suction console which is integral with the pontoon, which is designed for simultaneous suction of water by the pipeline, as well as simultaneous charging with water of two fire trucks, at that two-pipe suction console is made in the form of the framework and comprises fencing, which at the same time is a pedestrian ladder for the staff, at that the two-pipe suction console comprises a hitch device designed for towing a mobile device to the fire area by the vehicle, and the mobile device is equipped with a removable pair of wheels and two filters - coarse and fine for mechanical treatment of water sucked.

EFFECT: improvement of operational speed of the fire extinguishing system is provided.
