FIELD: emergencies consequences eliminating.
SUBSTANCE: complex belongs to the technique for eliminating the consequences of emergencies and protecting escape routes from areas with extremely high temperatures and combustion products suspended in the air and can be used to solve a wide range of tasks in the elimination of the consequences of man-made and natural emergencies. The mobile robotic complex for liquidation of consequences of emergencies and protection of evacuation routes consists of a chassis on a cross-country chassis and a body with compartments for accommodating functional modules of fire extinguishing equipment and water intake. The complex contains at least one water intake module from natural water sources, made with the possibility of supplying the withdrawn water to a tank located in the complex housing. The complex contains at least one operator module, made with the possibility of hydroabrasive cutting of enclosing and building structures, as well as the supply of water mist or air-mechanical foam from a high-pressure manual barrel. The module contains at least one robotic self-propelled platform controlled remotely and made with the possibility of circular supply of finely dispersed fire extinguishing agents from tanks located in the complex housing. The water intake module is made in the form of a pumping system containing an external water intake device made in the form of a float platform equipped with a hydraulic motor and a water intake element with a filter, while the filter is configured to filter out solids, the maximum linear size of which exceeds 10 mm, and the water intake element made with the possibility of surface water intake. The operator module contains a collector connected by a flexible hose to the operator's tool, while the operator's tool is equipped with a valve, a handle and a nozzle, and said collector is connected by pipelines to the abrasive tank, water tank, foam concentrate tank and pump installed in the body of the mobile robotic complex. The robotic self-propelled platform is made in the form of a robotic device with the possibility of circular supply of finely dispersed fire extinguishing agents to the fire site, as well as the formation of an adjustable protective zone with a low temperature and deposition of combustion products in the form of a separate self-propelled caterpillar platform connected to a mobile robotic complex via a flexible hose, while the robotic device contains a pump, as well as a spray head with nozzles installed with the possibility of free rotation, and the nozzles are oriented in such a way that a torque occurs in the head when spraying.
EFFECT: creation of an autonomous complex for the elimination of the consequences of emergencies accompanied by fire, ensuring the safe evacuation of the population from areas with extremely high temperatures and combustion products suspended in the air with the possibility of eliminating natural and artificial obstacles located on the evacuation path.
