FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the power supply of technical means. Hybrid propulsion system contains an engine and an electric machine, the stator of which contains a cylindrical magnetic core and a winding, and the rotor contains an annular magnetic circuit located coaxially relative to the stator magnetic circuit. Rotor is kinematically connected to the engine. Electric machine has an inductor, formed by the inductor magnetic core, the inductor winding and the permanent magnets of the inductor. Inductor magnetic core has the form of a fixedly mounted ferromagnetic composite ring, distantly and coaxially located relative to the outer radial surface of the rotor magnetic circuit. Magnets of the inductor are fixed on the outer surface of the rotor magnetic core. Inductor winding is formed of ring-shaped coils, mostly transversely covering the inductor magnetic circuit and uniformly distributed along the inductor magnetic conductor, the number of which is equal to or a multiple of the number of permanent magnets of the inductor.
