SUBSTANCE: heat treatment of blood of farm animals is carried out by exposure to electromagnetic radiation of super-high frequency and infrared bands in mobile resonator chambers of microwave generator in repeated cyclic operation. Endogenous heating with the power-weight ratio of 1-16 W/g is provided, a pause and exogenous heating at a power of IR lamps of 1 kW to achieve a product temperature of 78-80°C. The pause duration is greater than the duration of heating.
EFFECT: increase in terms of shelf life of blood tankage and reduction of bacterial contamination of the product.
