SUBSTANCE: invention relates to process equipment of food enterprises and is intended for heat processing of raw material in casing, for example, sausage products in casings, eggs, preserves in dielectric jars, etc. In the microwave plant for heat processing of raw material on the mounting frame there is cylindrical shielding housing 1, on bases of which there are branch pipes for loading 7 and unloading. Inside the housing, on the side surface, spherical resonators 2 are rigidly fixed. Inside each resonator 2 along the horizontal axis there is cellular dispenser 3 from non-ferromagnetic material. Cells of the dispenser are formed by disk segments coated with heat-resistant corrugated silicone material. Rotation of the dispensers is provided by gear motor 5.

EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of boiling raw materials in flow mode.
