SUBSTANCE: device comprises a housing, a heat insulating material, a loading hopper, an unloading window, the conveying working element coaxially mounted inside the housing with the ability to rotate from the drive, the heating elements, the conveying unit which is made in the form of a screw, a shaft with the ability of rotation, on which the blades are mounted radially equidistant from each other along a helical line. The plane of the blades coincides with the direction of the helical line. The loading hopper is divided into compartments, each of which is provided with a shutter. The conveying working element and the shaft are provided with separate drives with the possibility of individual adjustment of the rate of rotation.

EFFECT: invention enables to prepare qualitatively the ground for houseplants.
