SUBSTANCE: device comprises a casing, a heat insulating material, a loading hopper, an unloading window, a conveying working element mounted coaxially inside the casing with the ability of rotation from the drive, the heating elements, the conveying body which is made in the form of a screw, a shaft with the ability of rotation, on which the blades are mounted radially equidistant from each other along a helical line. The plane of the blades coincides with the direction of the helical line. The loading hopper is divided into compartments each of which is provided with a shutter.

EFFECT: invention enables to prepare qualitatively the soil for house plants.
