SUBSTANCE: chopper comprises a reel, loading and unloading trunnions, and the drive. The reel is made of support rings, between them the cylindrical mesh surface is secured. Rods are of concave curved shape, coiled in the longitudinal direction relative to the longitudinal axis and curved along helical lines in the transverse direction on the mandrel clockwise or counterclockwise.
