FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: device for formation treatment in horizontal well comprises the main drilling packer with a cup and globe style body, an auxiliary packer with additional cup and cylindrical bushing and a hollow body. The globe style body of the main drilling packer and cylindrical bushing of the auxiliary packer are interconnected by a hollow barrel with radial channels placed at different height that exceeds the formation thickness. Length of the hollow barrel allows coverage of the treated formation in a horizontal well by the main and auxiliary packers. A cup of the main packer and additional cup of the auxiliary packer are made as the lower and upper inflated rubber elements with corresponding inner cavities interconnected hydraulically by a tube. From the top to cylindrical bushing of the additional packer a hollow bushing is inserted telescopically, it is equipped with a radial opening having in its initial position a hydraulic connection with inner cavity of the upper inflated rubber element of the auxiliary packer by a circular rabbeting and hydraulic channel made in the upper part of the auxiliary packer cylindrical bushing. The hollow bushing is supported by spring in upward direction in regards to the auxiliary packer cylindrical bushing. From bellows the hollow spring is equipped with a saddle fixed by a breakable element with a ball mounted on it. From the top the hollow body is installed telescopically on the hollow bushing in its initial position in regards to the hollow bushing by a shear pin. In the operating position the hollow bushing may be moved axially downwards in regard to the hollow body and cylindrical bushing of the auxiliary packer, compression of the spring, fixation in regards to the cylindrical bushing, tight cut-off of the radial surface by inner surface of the auxiliary packer cylindrical bushing and cutting of the breakable element of the saddle by saddle movement top to bottom till its thrusts into inner step. The inner step is made at the lower end of the globe style body of the main drilling packer. At that fluid flows from top to bottom through radial openings of the hollow barrel to the treated formation.
EFFECT: improved reliability of the device, efficient operation of the device and improved quality of sealing.
