FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: device for beds processing in the borehole comprises the main packer with cup-type seal and feedthrough body, additional packer with additional cup-type seal and cylindrical bushing, at that feedthrough body of the main packer and cylindrical bushing of the additional packer are interconnected by a hollow barrel with radial channels placed at different height exceeding bed thickness. Length of the hollow barrel allows covering by the main and additional packers the thickest bed in the borehole, blind partition installed at the lower end of the feedthrough body of the main packer and a hollow body. Cup-type seal of the main packer and additional cup-type seal of the additional packer are made as the top and bottom rubber inflatable elements with respective inner cavities interconnected hydraulically by a tube, at that inside the cylindrical bushing of the additional packer there is a pin fixed rigidly and having feedthrough openings from bellow. A hollow bushing equipped with radial opening is inserted from top into cylindrical bushing of the additional packer; the radial opening in initial position may be interconnected hydraulically with inner cavity of the top rubber inflatable element of the additional packer by a circular fetch and hydraulic channel made in the upper part of the additional packer cylindrical bushing, at that the hollow bushing is spring-supported upwards in regard to the additional packer cylindrical bushing, and from below the hollow bushing is equipped with a saddle wherein a ball is placed. From the top the hollow bushing is installed telescopically into the hollow body and fixed with a shear element in initial position; in working position the hollow bushing is designed for limited axial movement in regard to the hollow body and cylindrical bushing of the additional packer, compression of the spring, fixation of hollow bushing in regard to the cylindrical bushing and sealed cutout of the radial opening in the hollow bushing by inner surface of the additional packer cylindrical bushing with ball rising above the saddle of the hollow noshing upon interaction of the hollow bushing with fixed pin of the additional packer cylindrical bushing and top-down liquid carryover via feedthrough openings in the pin and radial openings in the hollow barrel to the treated bed, at that the hollow barrel is equipped with a knock-off valve from the top.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and operating reliability of the device.
