FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: device for development and pulsed treatment of producing formation in the borehole includes a cylindrical body blinded in the lower butt part with lateral openings and plunger with a valve designed for reciprocal movement, shank end, additional valve and packer, length-regulated rods coupled to the plunger. At that the packer is installed over the formation and covers space between the shank end and borehole walls. Moreover input channel of the shank end is placed below the producing formation and cylindrical body from below is equipped with a hollow tube interconnected from the top with lateral openings in the cylindrical body. Lateral openings in the cylindrical body are made at certain distance from the lower butt part of the cylindrical body depending on maximum permitted amplitude for pulse treatment of the producing formation. The packer is made as a rubber inflatable element with inner cavity, hollow rod and coupling. At that the rubber inflatable element with inner cavity is placed at the hollow rod equipped with inner circular groove. From the bottom the shank end is connected to the hollow rod, and from the top a coupling equipped with outer circular fetch is inserted into the hollow rod, wherein a locking ring is placed, and upward the coupling is equipped with radial opening, which is interconnected hydraulically with inner surface of the rubber inflatable element through the circular fetch and hydraulic channel made in the hollow rod. At that the coupling from bellow is equipped with a saddle whereat an additional valve is placed. Moreover from the top the coupling is inserted telescopically into the lower part of the hollow tube and fixed with a shear element. Besides, the coupling is designed for limited axial movement downwards in regard to the hollow tube and hollow rod until it is thrusted into butt end of the hollow coupling and the locking ring of the coupling is fixed in inner circular groove of the hollow rod and sealed cutout of radial opening of the hollow rod by inner surface of the coupling.
EFFECT: reduced labour intensity during mounting due to performance of mounting in the borehole during one trip operation, increased operational reliability of the device due to excluded unsealed seating of nipple to the shank end and their failed match.
