FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: module comprises a welding machine, an industrial robot with a gun welder and electrodes in its arm, control system, a table with a device for placement of welded parts. The gun welder has two pistons divided by a partition and placed in the pneumatic cylinder placed in the gun welder housing and capable of axial movement along ball-bearing guides. One of the gun welder electrode arms is rigidly fixed to the pneumatic cylinder while the other arm is fixed to the pneumatic cylinder piston. The other piston of the pneumatic cylinder is placed at the robot arm side and rigidly fixed to it and the gun welder housing. The gun welder has two pneumatic chambers; one chamber is placed between pistons of the pneumatic cylinder and equipped with inlet valve to generate pressure required to create forces at electrodes while the other pneumatic chamber is placed between the pneumatic cylinder piston and partition dividing the piston and is equipped with a pressure release valve at compressing the electrodes related to the control system. The table is made as the whole basis with coaxial holders of spacer grids equipped with fixing elements and the cell for engineering unit welding, and spacer grids of the welded frame are equipped with cylindrical-shaped current-conducting inserts, which diameter exceeds diameter of the described cell.
