TWO-SHAFT UNIPOLAR MACHINE Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC H02K31/00

Abstract RU 2542341 C2

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to direct-current electrical machines and may be used as electric generator or direct-current electric engine. The machine comprises two conductive discs, which have the common point of tangency and rotate in different directions, excitation system with permanent magnetic field parallel to the discs rotation axes and two current collectors mounted at the disc shafts, due to which electromechanical interaction of two discs coupled both electrically and mechanically. The direct-current electrical machine may be performed with conductive discs of different diameter.

EFFECT: ensuring of the machine operation in direct-current circuits both of low and high (doubled) voltage, improving efficiency of the operation and simplifying design of the direct-current electrical machine.
