SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to a method for assessing clinical effectiveness in patients suffering from post-haemorrhagic anaemia. The substance of the method for assessing the clinical effectiveness in the patients suffering from post-haemorrhagic anaemia consists in measuring erythrocyte electrophoretic mobility (EEM) in peripheral blood immediately prior to transfusion, 60 minutes after and daily until the state is stabilised; if the recipient's peripheral blood EEM decreases from 1.05±0.01 to 1.17±0.01 mcm×cm×V^-1s^-1, i.e. to 80-90% of the normal value, the haemotransfusion is stated to be effective and adequate; the measured EEM from 0.98±0.01 to 1.02±0.01 mcm×cm×V^-1s^-1 of the normal value, i.e. more than by 21-25% with underlying haemoglobin less than 80 g/l on the day following the measurement enables stating the ineffective haemotransfusion and requires another haemotransfusion with the normal EEM value of 1.31±0.02 mcm×cm×V^-1s^-1.

EFFECT: using the declared method enables improving the clinical effectiveness in the patients suffering from post-haemorrhagic anaemia.
