SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises an information source, a converter for converting serial symbols into parallel symbols, modulators, a quadrature modulators, two multipliers, a carrier wave generator, π/2 phase shifter, an adder, a unit for signal generation based on aigen vectors of a sub-band-pass matrix, calculated for low frequency, as well as a sub-band-pass matrix vector former for low frequency, read-only memory, a device for controlling generation of eigen vectors of a sub-band-pass low-frequency matrix, a selector for selecting real and imaginary parts from modulation signals, two real and imaginary component adders.

EFFECT: reduced inter-channel interference of radio communication systems, higher rate of transmitting useful information, higher rate of generating signals, larger number of channels.
