FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: AC voltage converter consists of an ohmic area to which alternating-current voltage is supplied through the insulation area connected with a good thermal contact to a thermoelectric structure, from which direct voltage is collected. At that an exhaust heat receiver is matched to the surface of ohmic area opposite to the surface contacting with the thermoelectric structure. Surface of the thermoelectric structure opposite to the surface contacting with the ohmic area is matched to a thermal accumulator made as a container with melting working substance.
EFFECT: increased value of direct voltage generated by the device.
