FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: AC voltage rectifier consists of an ohmic area to which alternating voltage is supplied through an insulation area connected with a good thermal contact to a thermoelectric structure, from which direct voltage is collected. At a certain distance from the ohmic surface area there is a solar concentrator fixed at a holder and performing additional heating of the ohmic area. At that the distance between the ohmic area and the solar concentrator corresponds to the focal distance of lenses included into the composition of the solar concentrator. The surface of the thermoelectric structure opposite to the surface contacting the ohmic area matches a heat accumulator that accumulates cold during night time due to its heating capacity.
EFFECT: increased value of the direct voltage generated by the device.
