FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: AC voltage converter consists of an ohmic area to which alternating voltage is supplied through the insulation area connected with a good thermal contact to a thermoelectric structure, from which direct voltage is collected. At that heat source made as a flow-through vessel with geothermal water is matched to the ohmic area surface opposite to the surface contacting the thermoelectric structure. Surface of the thermoelectric structure opposite to the surface contacting the ohmic area is matched to a heat accumulator made as a vessel with solution of salt having low cryohydric solution temperature, and this salt is added to the respective vessel by a special dosing unit.
EFFECT: increased value of direct voltage generated by the device.
