SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in passive radio-frequency identification systems. A system for suppressing carrier leakage comprises a directional coupler, an orthogonal demodulator and a reflected signal module, wherein the directional coupler is configured to output a radio-frequency carrier suppression signal to the orthogonal demodulator from a division port; the orthogonal demodulator is configured for demodulating the radio-frequency carrier suppression signal into an in-phase signal and an orthogonal signal for transmitting the in-phase signal and orthogonal signal to the reflected signal module and for suppressing the radio-frequency carrier suppression signal using the reflection signal reflected from the reflected signal module; and the reflected signal module is configured to perform filtration, control the phase slue level, in-phase and anti-phase integration of the in-phase signal and the orthogonal signal to obtain control signals for the reflection signal, for controlling the reflection signal using the control signals and for transmitting the reflection signal to the orthogonal demodulator.

EFFECT: high efficiency of suppressing radio-frequency carrier leakage.
