FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for self-propelled machine transportation, namely to supports for loader chassis transportation in container. General-duty support for self-propelled machine transportation includes two pairs of main skids on which following parts are mounted: front stops (3), rear stoppers (5) arranged in V-shape and forming "bed" together with front stoppers, and rear support (6) in the form of triangular prisms. Method for self-propelled machine chassis loading into container is implemented by fixation of self-propelled machine chassis front frame (13) lower sheet in the "bed" of universal support. Transportation of universal support into container is executed by loader-pusher. Universal support permits installation of at least two standard sizes of self-propelled machine chassis.
EFFECT: lower self-cost of loading and enhanced functionality of universal support due to providing possibility to install chassis with various bases on it.
