FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely, to multichannel current collectors of miniature design. The multichannel current collector is formed by a set of collector rings, separated by isolation rings. The collector rings consist of external, internal and elastic current-conducting rings with coating of working areas with metals with minimum transition resistance, for example, alloys of gold, argentums, palladium, etc. To ensure the minimum transition resistance and increase the manufacture adaptability of fabrication of details the working surfaces of the rings are made cylindrical with minimum unevenness. The edges of working surfaces are rounded by radius or bevel - the zones are formed for collection of wear materials. The minimum wear is ensured by the tapered shape of separating isolation rings and radius blunting of edges of elastic current-conducting rings. The separator is used which is formed by rollers located between the current-conducting rings and having a diameter a bit less than the difference of radiuses. The rollers are made from non-metal materials with a minimum friction coefficient, such as fluoroplastic, polyamides.
EFFECT: improvement of reliability of the device and decrease of the structure weight.
