FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: signalling current-collecting device is made of a set of rings with a groove, which are installed at insulators on a shaft (2) and brushes (3) with resilient current-conducting plate springs and contact pieces installed in them. The plate springs have the minimum rigidity and ensure an optimal compression force that presses the contact piece to the ring in big contact travel. The contact pieces are made of alloys of precious metals and ensure an increased service life and minimum resistance at the minimum contact pressure that practically excludes the wear of contact and ring surfaces. The rings are made of a gold alloy or have a coating. In order to ensure the precise setting of the contacts in regard to the rings a body (4) is used with double-sided slots shifted per one ring thus allowing minimum dimensions and weight of the device, which is especially important in space hardware.
EFFECT: higher reliability of the device, reduced weight and increased functional capabilities for the structure.
