SUBSTANCE: device comprises a body with upper inlet openings, a discharge pipe placed coaxially to the body, with a section of radial openings and a safety valve at the lower butt end, an auger put on to the discharge pipe, a slotted filter covering the section of radial openings of the discharge pipe and a container below the body. The discharge pipe is installed inside the body and the auger is placed between the upper inlet openings and the slotted filter.

EFFECT: improved operational life, maintained stable capacity of the device.
