FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: raw mix to produce cellular gas concrete of autoclave hardening contains, wt %: portland cement without additives 32.67-42.71, quartz sand with fineness of grinding 3500-4100 cm2/g 53.071-63.865, calcium sulphate dihydrate 2.92-4.17, aluminium powder or paste 0.095-0.119, tempering water at temperature of 42-52°C in the quantity corresponding to the ratio B/T, equal to 0.55-0.63, at the same time the final alkalinity of the raw mix is equal to 26-32%. The raw mix specified above comprises portland cement without additives of brand M500 D0, calcium sulphate dihydrate with calcium sulphate content of at least 95%.
EFFECT: simplified technological process, lower release moisture of gas concrete and cheaper raw mix.
