SUBSTANCE: shoestring eyelet using an asymmetrical roller includes: multiple shoestring eyelets mounted on each shoe lase heel using corresponding rivets, each shoestring eyelet containing: an asymmetrical roller having a roller groove for guiding the shoestring preventing independent withdrawal of the shoestring and opposite round side surfaces envisaged on opposite sides of the roller groove. The diameter of the first of the opposed side surfaces exceeds that of the second of the opposed side surfaces; the roller holder having a structure suitable for insertion of the roller unto it and a rotary pin, preferably attached to the roller holder so that to enable the roller rotation.
EFFECT: convenience of use.
