SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a fastening device locking resilient tape including multiple engagement sections positioned in the longitudinal direction so that to enable unlocking. The fastening device includes a fastener holder and a pair of sliding fasteners mounted on the fastener holder so that to enable sliding. The fastener holder includes a pair of stop pins spaced relative each other and a pair of guide surfaces. The pair of resilient tapes is accordingly suspended on the stop pins. The guide surfaces are slanted in opposite directions relative to the plane passing through the stop pins pair. The sliding pin has a ratchet-wheel projection designed so that to enable engagement with the resilient tape engagement section as well as a sliding surface designed so that to enable surface junction with the fastener holder guide surface. The sliding fastener may move between the unlocked position (wherein the engagement section pushes the ratchet-wheel projection in the first direction to ensure the resilient tape movement between the ratchet-wheel projection and the spot pin) and the locked position (wherein the engagement section pushes the ratchet-wheel projection in the second direction (opposite to the first one) so that the ratchet-wheel projection presses the resilient tape to the stop pin.
