The first outputs of validity increase units are informational, and the second ones are the control signal of codogram receiving correctness. The OR element output is the device information output, and the fourth AND element output is the device repeated request output.

EFFECT: channel bandwidth increase due to the lower number of repeated requests owing to better information receiving accuracy.
