SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. Device comprises: inputs of first and second channels, connected, respectively, to inputs of input units of first and second channels; reliability enhancement units; unit for generating interrogation signals; an information signal key, wherein first outputs of the first and second reliability enhancement units are informational; channel state analyzer and two counters for counting the number of transmissions, wherein information outputs of the first and second reliability enhancement units are respectively connected to the first and second inputs of the information output switch, control input of the switch is connected to the output of the channel state analyzer, the control outputs of the first and second reliability enhancement units are connected to the channels current state analyzer inputs, channel status analyzer second output is connected to the interrogation signal generating unit input, third output of analyzer of current state of channels is connected to inputs of zeroing of first and second counters of data bits received with low quality in first and second communication channels.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability of receiving data.
