SUBSTANCE: invention refers to communication engineering. To achieve the technical result, the device for receiving information on two parallel communication channels in a data transmission system with crucial feedback is considered to be used when organizing data transmission paths with high reliability of information requirements. Upon completion of reception of the next data on two channels (main and backup) and its decoding, the analyzer on the basis of the obtained results automatically draws a conclusion on which of the channels the correct or invalid codogram has arrived. If both combinations are error-free, the analysis results are used to output a combination from a channel having better characteristics according to error probabilities. If errors in both channels are detected during reception of the codogram, the logic unit makes a decision on generation of the interrogation signals or for reception of information from the channel with the least probability of errors, depending on required reliability.

EFFECT: reduced probability of undetected errors in a stream of received data.
