SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication. A user communication device can use vehicle information to control the mode of inputting data by the vehicle user. The system also includes a communication module installed on the vehicle. The communication device is configured to receive a gearbox position signal which indicates the position of the gearbox in the vehicle. The communication device is further configured to transmit a gearbox status signal through a wireless protocol to the user communication device, as a result of which the user communication device is no longer controlled by switches located thereon, if the gearbox position allows movement of the vehicle.

EFFECT: enabling transmission of vehicle data to a user communication device for subsequent transmission to another communication device, and enabling determination of the status of the vehicle driver, as a result of which the main driver and the secondary driver are determined, who are provided with different levels of control depending on their assigned status.
