FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vehicle is proposed. Vehicle (10) comprises a contour warning sensor, a keyless remote door unlocking system, which includes a radio-frequency (RF) interface and a controller. Controller is programmed in response to location of vehicle (10) in switched off ignition state and receiving signal from proximity sensor (302, 304) for detecting object remote from vehicle (10) through RF interface, indicating location of the object within the predetermined range from non-contact detector (302, 304) of the object detection, to activate the contour warning sensor for a predetermined time interval. Invention also discloses a remote watchdog device and a method of actuating sensors of a vehicle.
EFFECT: enabling reduction of current load during vehicle off state.
