SUBSTANCE: invention relates to minimised latency streaming video. The method includes selecting a fragment size for breaking down each image into a series of images based on a given type of the used encoding algorithm for encoding fragments, wherein M fragments are encoded for each image, wherein each fragment is encoded according to a first encoding format or a second encoding format with a specified location of the fragment within each image and specifying the cyclic shift scheme.
EFFECT: faster video stream processing.
