FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to production of nanostructured composite materials with metal matrix reinforced by nanosized oxide fillers. Proposed composition may be used as powder for application of functionally-gradient coats. Mix of matrix metal powder with 20-60 mcm-dispersity and dispersed oxide particle with particle size of 3-100 nm are subjected to super fast mechanical synthesis with particle acceleration of 450 g±20 g to produced sintered dispersed particles.
EFFECT: particles with reinforcement degree of over 80% and high mechanical characteristics.
