SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry, water treatment and may be used in utility services. The result is achieved by the simultaneous treatment of water by electric and magnetic fields. The water treatment device comprises two oscillating circuits, arranged in such a way that the first circuit inductance is located between the capacitor coating of the second circuit, while the second circuit inductance is located between the capacitor coating of the first circuit.

EFFECT: increased number of qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the treated water.
