FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ferrite materials with low dielectric losses and high residual magnetic induction to be used in microwave systems, for example, antenna elements of phased arrays. Ferrite material is produced from the mix of powders of Fe2O3, Li2CO3, Bi2O3, ZnO, NiO, Na2CO3, MnCO3 at the following ratio of components, wt %: iron oxide 69.19±0.1, lithium carbonate 4.93±0.01, sodium carbonate 0.78±0.03, zinc oxide 10.32±0.1, nickel oxide 1.58±0.05, lead oxide 3.18±0.05, manganese carbonate 9.72±0.1, bismuth oxide 0.3±0.03.
EFFECT: reduced dielectric losses and higher residual magnetic induction, higher strength ease of machining.
