SUBSTANCE: claimed material contains (mol.parts): lithium oxide 0.395-0.475; titanium oxide 0.005-0.15; zinc oxide 0.20-0.21; manganese oxide 0.1-0.3; niobium oxide 0.020-0.035, iron oxide 2.175-2.395. Material has total tangent of magnetic and dielectric loss tgς = 6.0 x 10-4 at Is = 360 kA/m.
EFFECT: decreased magnetic and dielectric loss in millimeter band without loss of saturation intensity.
