FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of nanostructured powder of lithium-zinc-manganese ferrite. Method involves mixing initial reagents containing iron, Fe, manganese Mn, zinc Zn, lithium Li with deionised water to form a solution. Obtaining of nanostructured powder from it and its heating at temperature of 600–800 °C for 2–6 hours and further grinding. When mixing with deionised water, iron nitrate Fe(NO3)3, manganese nitrate Mn(NO3)2, zinc nitrate Zn(NO3)2, lithium nitrate LiNO3 and additionally glycine H2NCH2COOH to form solution containing 0.012–0.016 mol/l of lithium nitrate, 0.018–0.022 mol/l of zinc nitrate, 0.004–0.005 mol/l of manganese nitrate, 0.048–0.052 mol/l iron nitrate and 0.075–0.26 mol/l of glycine. Nanostructured powder is obtained by evaporating the obtained solution to form a gel and heating it with continuous stirring to a flash point. Obtained nanostructured powder of lithium-zinc-manganese ferrite is ground for 2–8 hours.
EFFECT: obtaining magnetically soft ferrites with nanoparticles of uniform size, with developed specific surface area.
