FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining composite polymer-carbon electrode material with high electrochemical capacity, which includes application of carbon material, as well as aniline or pyrrole monomers, with polymer-carbon composite being obtained by chemical method of oxidising monomer polymerisation in presence of carbon dispersed in acidified water reaction phase with application of oxidisers with oxidising potential in the range from +0.6 V to +1.0 V, such as ions of silver, trivalent iron, pentavelent vanadium, which results in formation on the surface of carbon particles of polymer layer with fibrillar morphology with high specific area of the surface of redox-active polymer component.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain in one stage large volumes of electrode composite polymer-carbon material with high electrochemical capacity with application of cheap coal, widely used in capacitor-building, which leads to essential cheapening of the product.
